Return Policy

Returns - We are very confident in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery date. After the 30 day period we are unable to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and accompanied by the packing slip and/or receipt.

Our customers are responsible for return shipping fees, damaged or lost returns. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number for your personal records. Please email support@ng-living.com for the return shipping address.​

Items shipped from Italy - The return shipping and import duties back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer. You can ship the product back in its original packaging, with a courier of your choice.

For general returns on normal, undamaged goods, the dollar amount of the product and sales tax will be refunded. 

To return products, please use a trackable and insured shipping method.

Please note we only offer refunds and do not offer exchanges. Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. ​

Please note that all Found, and items labelled as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Damaged Product - Damage to merchandise while in transit is rare, but does occasionally happen.  Contact support@ngliving.shop with any concerns within 48 hours so that we may file a claim on your behalf. Please include the original invoice number, product type & quantity, description of the damage and photos of the damaged product.

FURNITURE & LIGHTING RETURNS:

 

Upon delivery, inspect the contents of the order immediately. Inspect all deliveries with the delivery driver present.

 

Notify your carrier immediately to report any damage or shortage. Freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Failure to notate such damage will result in your loss. Releasing the delivery driver and signing delivery receipt "Subject to inspection", may result in your loss.

FURNITURE and LIGHTING authorized to be returned that is not defective will be charged to a 25% restocking fee and return freight is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, FURNITURE and LIGHTING items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Additionally, you are responsible for making sure Ng Living has the correct ship-to address for delivery. A change of address after a delivery is enroute will result in a Freight Reconsignment Fee.

Order Cancellation - Orders for stocked items cannot be cancelled once they’re made. If you contact us quickly after your order is made we can try to cancel it but cannot promise that the order will be canceled. Once your order is placed, information is automatically sent to our fulfillment centers and cannot be adjusted or is costly to manually adjust. In most cases this benefits you by getting your order as quickly as possible.
